Financing of your participation:

• Conference registration is free of charge
• local costs (accommodation, meals & coffee breaks during the conference times,     welcome dinner) are covered by ENI Göttingen
• your travel costs have to be covered by your own ENINET budget

For participants from Amsterdam, Coimbra, Crete and Edinburgh:

As your institute does not have his own ENINET budget, your travel costs will be reimbursed to you after the meeting. For this you need to transmit the original invoices, boarding passes, train tickets to the ENINET co-ordination office in Göttingen including the account to be credited.
