Neuronal Membrane Trafficking and Synaptic Transmission

Research Area
The research goal of the group is to clarify molecular mechanisms controlling membrane trafficing events during endocytosis with a focus on neuronal cells. The main focucs is on the analysis of functions of multidomain scaffolding molecules, which control the organization of endocytic sites and fission of vesicles and endosomes from the plasma membrane.
