Neurosciences Fondamentales at Geneva

The Department of Basic Neurosciences is part of the Medical Faculty of the University of Geneva. The five groups affiliated with ENINET are all working on circuits mechanisms that determine behavior in mice. The focus ranges from developmental aspects (Jaubadon) to sensory perception (Carleton) to motor integration (Huber) and structural plasticity (Huber). Circuit functioning and remodeling is thus studied in health and disease (Lüscher).
