EU funds for ENINET end on 31st of October 2009

A prolongation of 6 months to use EU funds WAS NOT allowed.  We therefore need to use all EU funds provided to ENINET by the 31st of October 2009.  All events/travels need to be COMPLETED by that date to be valid.
